Our refund and return policy is as follows:
1. Refund Policy:
– If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the painting.
– The artwork must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or alterations.
– Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the initial purchase.
– Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged or defective painting).
2. Return Policy:
– If the painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork to arrange a return or exchange.
– We may require photos or documentation of the damage in order to process the return.
– Once the return is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be provided for the return of the damaged or defective painting.
– If you wish to return the painting for reasons other than damage or defects, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that for custom or personalized paintings, refunds and returns may not be available unless the artwork arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
We strive to provide the best customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you have any further questions or concerns about our refund and return policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the bag in order to return it.


If you’re not 100% happy with the painting, you’re welcome to contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

After we’ve provided you with the return address, please return your items within thirty (30) working days. Items returned after thirty days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, a tracking number, and an RMA number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or we will be unable to process the return.

Customers are responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item(s) back to us.

Return/exchange broken or defective item(s): Our warranty period lasts 10 days. If you received an item that is broken or defective, please attach a picture that clearly shows the damage and also describe the issue to receive a replacement. Please let us know if for any reason you cannot send a picture.


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notifying you that your return has been received. If the item is in perfect condition a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

In certain situations non or only partial refunds can be granted:

  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  2. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after it has been delivered.
  3. Alvarie gift cards are non-refundable.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser and he’ll be notified about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please choose a trackable shipping service so we can track your order on its way to us. If you do not use a trackable service, we will not be able to guarantee a safe return to our warehouse.
