We accept all major credit cards (i.e. VISA, MasterCard etc.) and PayPal. Please note: If you want to pay via American Express, please select 2Checkout in the checkout. If you need help with that, please contact our customer service.

During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘Apply coupon’, then watch the magic happen. Remember, only one discount code can be used per order!
SHIPPING
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes so please enter a full street address when placing your order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary widely based on your address and shipping method chosen. On average, Standard Shipping costs between $0 and $10.
A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. We cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they apply. Customs’ policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If you should decide to decline a package you will be refunded minus a fee for returning the item to us and restocking it.
Shipping time ranges from 4-6 to 60 days, depending on your address and the selected shipping method. Estimated shipping time is displayed at checkout.
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number. Use your tracking number to keep tabs on your bags journey at the tracking page. You can also send us a quick message and we’ll be happy to track it for you.
RETURNS
Yes, of course. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you’re simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us. Please note, that you must contact us within 10 days from the date your order was delivered.
